Dubbed is built by one person. Every email gets read and answered. The fastest path is email — there is no support portal or ticket system on purpose.
Email dubbedanimeapp@gmail.com for anything: bug reports, missing titles, missing conventions, feature requests, account trouble, billing questions, privacy or safety concerns. Include your app version (Profile → bottom of screen) and the iPhone model if you can — it helps pin things down faster.
Response target: within 48 hours. Real humans, not a bot.
If someone is harassing, impersonating, or behaving in a way that violates the terms of service, email dubbedanimeapp@gmail.com with their @handle and a short description of what happened. We review every report and act quickly — suspension or termination is on the table for acceptable-use violations.
Can't sign in? Lost your handle? Want to delete everything? Profile → Danger Zone → Delete account wipes Dubbed data from your device and from CloudKit. If that option isn't working for you, email us and we will walk through it.
Missing anime or manga: from the Archive tab, there's a "let us know" link at the top of the Everything page — tap it and the email pre-fills. Missing convention: from the Matsuri tab, tap Add on any list and follow the submission form. You can also just email dubbedanimeapp@gmail.com directly — works the same.
Dubbed+ is an auto-renewing App Store subscription. Manage or cancel it from iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions. Refunds are processed by Apple — request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something looks wrong on our end (charged but no upgrade, downgrade didn't take effect), email us and we will help you track it down with Apple.
GDPR / CCPA / right-to-know / right-to-delete requests: email dubbedanimeapp@gmail.com from the email associated with your Apple ID, and we will confirm and fulfill within 30 days. Full details in the privacy policy.
If you are a parent and need help with Parental Controls, lost PIN recovery, or have discovered your child under 13 has an account, email dubbedanimeapp@gmail.com. We treat these as priority and respond fast.
